At Baker Skateboards, we stand by our gear; if your deck or apparel isn't meeting your expectations, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that skated decks, applied grip tape, and worn clothing are not eligible for a refund.
Verify Condition
Ensure all items are in their original shrink wrap or packaging, as we cannot accept returns on boards that have been assembled or gripped.
Initiate Request
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in its original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside, and ship it to our California distribution center.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and clears your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
