How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for skateboards?
We accept returns on unused and unassembled products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on decks that have been gripped or shows signs of being skated.
Do Baker decks come with grip tape?
Unless specified as a 'complete' skateboard, our decks do not come with grip tape automatically. You can purchase your preferred brand of grip tape separately in our accessories section.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
